| Description of service: | SOS Viol est une association d’aide aux victimes d’agression sexuelle ainsi qu’à leur entourage.
Cette ASBL offre différents espaces de parole. La permanence téléphonique constitue le premier espace de parole, dans l’anonymat.
SOS Viol propose également aux victimes et leur entourage un soutien psychologique sous forme d’entretiens individuels, une information juridique au sujet de la plainte, de la procédure judiciaire, de la loi, ainsi qu’un accompagnement social dans les administrations et les services sociaux, la Police et le Parquet.
Des animations sont organisées sur différents lieux d’enseignement, et des séances de sensibilisation sont proposées aux professionnels.
Les objectifs de SOS Viol sont donc l’aide et l’accompagnement, l’écoute de la parole de l’autre, la sensibilisation des professionnels à cette problématique, ainsi que l’animation d’un débat-discussion avec les étudiants.
SOS Viol is an association in defence of the sexual assaults victims and their environment.
This not-for-profit association offers different spaces for dialogue. The telephone helpline constitutes the first place of speaking for the victims in anonymity.
SOS Viol also provides to the victims and their environment, a psychological support in the form of individual interviews; a legal assistance about the complaint, the legal proceeding, the legislation; and a social support with the administrations, the social services, the Police and the Prosecution.
Animations are organized with various places of learning, and awareness sessions are proposed to the professionals.
The goals of SOS Viol are therefore the assistance and the support, the hearing of the person’s word, the awareness among professionals on this issue, and the animation of a debate-discussion with students. |
